Simply insert the tube in your anus and go as deep as you like, now just start pumping so your intestens are filled with fresh air. Than simpye remove the tube and let one rip! Can also be use to insert small amounts of liquids by first sucking it into the handpump. There is a pressure relief button on the hand pump if the presure becomes too much to handle!
