Product damage on delivery
We make sure all the products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Any damage to product packaging or products itself will have to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
This should be done with the form below, returns that are not accompanied by a proper filled out returns form will not be taken care of.
Shipment damage on delivery
If the shipment has been damaged on the outside or wrapping, or if the package has been opened or resealed, you will have to file a complaint with the shipping company at the moment of delivery.
Make sure the chauffeur of the shipment acknowledges the issue and files it. Keep the original shipping boxes and packing material for inspection by the shipping company.
If the above described situation happened, please inform is as soon as possible. We will take care of the claim from that point on.
Defective products
Defective products or products with manufacturing flaws can be exchanged within 6 months of delivery. The condition is that these products should be unused or thoroughly cleaned, for hygienic reasons.
Shipping costs of returns
The shipping costs of the returns of any delivery, will belong to the buyer.

Extra conditions
Complaints should be described clearly and fully. Descriptions such as “defect” or “broken” are not accepted. All products should be checked by you before returning them. Your drop-shipping service customers are not able to return the products to us directly.
