The Ballflask consists of two parts: the first part is a ballstretcher made of two pieces that easily attach around the scrotum. The second part is a sturdy metal cylinder that screws onto the ballstretcher, creating a secure and intense hold. Two Hex keys are included to help you secure or loosen the parts as needed.
